Berry Banana Smoothie with Toasted Oats

This smoothie is much more filling than it looks. It a whole breakfast in one glass.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1 generous dollop of Greek yoghurt
1 banana
small handful raspberries
3 tbls almond milk

Method:
Place oats spread out on baking tray under grill for a few minutes until darkened and fragrant

Place toasted oats in milkshake container and blend with stick blender
Make sure you wrap a tea towel around the top to avoid oats everywhere

Add all other ingredients and blend (again, wrap with tea towel)
