This isn’t so much of a recipe, as it is a nice dinner idea.
Preheat the oven to 175oC
Peel and chop carrots
Steam carrots for 4 minutes in microwave, drain
Put carrots and cutlets in oven tray and spray with some olive oil
Bake for about 45 minutes
Steam broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes
Tip: If you have some fresh rosemary sprigs, slit the top of each cutlet and shove some in. I would have done it but I didn’t have any rosemary.
