Lamb Backstrap Salad

This is the amazing dinner that Shaun cooked me last night.

Ingredients:
Lamb backstraps
Spinach
Sundried tomatoes (substitute for cherry tomatoes to be clean)
Feta
Red onion
Pumpkin

Method:
Chop up pumpkin and roast until soft
Chop up red onion
Cook backstraps in frying pan until desired
Throw everything together
